Tenuta Sant'Apollonia agricultural company is a small family-run rural reality located in the province of Verona in the Valpolicella production area, whose members are Marco, the founder, and his children Beatrice and Elia. Starting with the production of organic extra virgin olive oil in 1993 and arriving in 2015 with the creation of their first organic vineyards with Guyot systems, from which a Valpolicella Superiore "Belva" wine and a Garda Rosso Doc "Bisesto" were born in 2020.
